阳极组装生产线设备改造和运行优化实践

摘要 阳极组装线生产中,为了使单一组装生产线如何满足电解生产用阳极需求,分析出影响组装生产线小时产量的主要因素,从装卸站排出方式调整、钢爪抛丸机推车机改造、电解质锤击清理提升、生产工艺过程管控和运行人员优化等方面提出可行的方法和措施,实践后,组装小时产量从29组提升到45组,提升幅度56%,满足50万吨电解铝用极需求。 In the production line of anode assembly,to make a single assembly line meet the demand of anode for electrolytic production,analyze main factors that affect the hourly output of the assembly production line,and put forward feasible methods and measures from the adjustment of the discharge mode in the loading and unloading station,the transformation of the pusher of the steel claw shot blasting machine,the improvemant of the breaking and cleaning for the electrolyte hammer,the control of the production process and the optimization of the operating personnel.After practice,the hourly output of the assembly has been increased from 29 groups to 45 groups,up by 56%,thus meeting the demand for 500000 tons of electrolytic aluminum anode.
