摘要
镁合金作为最轻的工程结构材料被广泛应用于汽车、电子通讯和航天航空等领域,其摩擦学特性对结构件的服役寿命和可靠性意义重大。本文采用往复球-盘式摩擦磨损试验机,对铸态和挤压态AZ31镁合金在不同载荷条件下的摩擦磨损特性进行了测试。结果表明:随着载荷的增加,两种镁合金的摩擦系数和磨损体积相差越大。当载荷为8 N时,挤压态AZ31镁合金的摩擦系数和磨损体积相对于铸态AZ31镁合金分别降低了12.6%和42%。挤压态AZ31镁合金表现出良好的减摩抗磨性能,归因于高力学性能的支撑作用以及摩擦过程中形成细小磨屑在磨痕填充作用。
Magnesium alloys are being widely applied as the lightest engineering structural materials to automobile,electronics and aerospace,so its tribological property is of great significance to the service life and reliability of structural parts.In this paper,the friction and wear properties of as-cast and as-extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy were tested by using a reciprocating ball-on-plate tribo-meter under different loads.The results showed that the difference in the friction coefficient and wear volume of the two kinds of magnesium alloys increases along with the rise of load.In the case of 8 N load,the friction coefficient and wear volume of the as-extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy are reduced by 12.6%and 42%separately compared with the as-cast AZ31 magnesium alloy.The favorable wear reduction and anti-wear property of the as-extruded AZ31 magnesium alloy are attributed to the superior mechanical characteristics and filling effect of fine wear debris in the worn surfaces.
