“五常法”结合PDCA管理模式在手术室仪器设备管理中的应用价值分析

Value of the “5S” combined with PDCA management mode in the management of instruments and equipment in operating rooms

目的 分析手术室仪器设备实施管理工作中予以联合方法:PDCA管理模式+“五常法”的效果及运用价值。方法 筛选2022年1月—2022年6月本院手术室的34例仪器设备,予以PDCA管理模式,设定为参照组;筛选2022年7月—2022年12月本院手术室的34例仪器设备,予以PDCA管理模式+“五常法”,设定为观察组。评测指标有:手术器械评分(器械准备、物品准备、仪器管理)、管理效果(完好状况、术后遗失状况)、使用效果(护士操作准确性、手术医生满意度)。结果 评测手术器械各项分值以观察组偏高(P<0.05);组别间管理效果项目分析以观察组更佳(P<0.05);使用效果评测为观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论 手术室仪器设备实施管理工作中予以联合方法:PDCA管理模式+“五常法”具有较显著的效果及运用价值,可保证仪器设备的完整性,提高护理人员仪器使用的准确性及医生使用的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness and value of the combination of PDCA management mode and“5S”in the implementation and management of instruments and equipment in operating rooms.Methods Thirty-four pieces of surgical instruments and equipment from our hospital’s operating room were selected as control group from January 2022 to June 2022 and they were managed with the PDCA management mode.Another 34 pieces selected from July 2022 to December 2022 were set as the observation group,which was managed with the combination of the PDCA management mode and“5S”.The evaluation indicators included:surgical instrument scores(instrument preparation,item preparation,instrument management),management effectiveness(intact condition,postoperative loss condition),and usage effectiveness(nurse operation accuracy,surgeon satisfaction).Results The scores of surgical instruments in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The analysis of inter-group management effectiveness items showed that the observation group was better as well(P<0.05)and the use effectiveness in the observation group was higher as well(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of PDCA management mode and the"5S"is effective in the implementation and management of instruments and equipment in the operating room.It can ensure the integrity of the instruments and equipment,improve the accuracy of instrument use by nursing staff,and enhance the satisfaction of doctors with the use.
