This paper,taking the reform of medicare payment methods in Zhongshan City's Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,exploresthe logical relationship and effectiveness between medicare payment reform and the promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine services.Moreover,it focuses on the new challenges faced by medical record management departments,especially in comprehensive hospitals that primarily offer Western medicine services.The study further delves into the preparation and establishment of necessary management mindsets and skillsets,aiming to provide insights into the innovative development of Traditional Chinese Medicine services in comprehensive hospitals.
