摘要
目的 探索以岗位胜任力为导向的日考核化模式在消毒供应中心清洗工人培训中的应用效果。方法 每月通过PPT授课、培训手册、钉钉等多途径对专科器械图谱、常见器械清洗流程、特殊器械清洗要点、常见突发情况处理方法、沟通能力等进行理论培训,根据培训内容制定日考核记录表,由去污区老师每日进行现场考核,定岗不定人,每两周一轮。结果 实施日考核后器械清洗质量、医护满意度、清洗工人培训满意度显著提升(P<0.001);清洗工人专业学习态度、职业防护能力、规范操作能力、应急处置能力、沟通能力、工作协调能力等核心能力均有提升(P<0.001)。结论 应用日考核化模式对清洗工人进行培训,有利于岗位胜任力的提升,可提高器械清洗质量、培训效果及医护满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of apost-competency-oriented daily assessment on training of cleaning workers in disinfection supply centers.Methods The training on specialized equipment atlas,common equipment cleaning processes,special equipment cleaning points,common emergency handling methods,communication skills,etc.was conducted by multiple means of PPT lectures,training manuals,and Dingtalk on a monthly basis.A daily assessment form was established based on the contents of the training.On-site assessments were done over all workers by the trainers in charge,with fixed posts but different workers,a cycle every two weeks.Results By the performance of the daily assessment,the quality of instrument cleaning,satisfaction with the training of cleaning workers,and satisfaction with medical care were significantly improved(P<0.001);The core competencies of cleaning workers,such as professional learning attitude,occupational protection ability,standardized operation ability,emergency handling ability,communication ability,and work coordination ability were all improved as well(P<0.001).Conclusion Applying the daily assessment model to the training of cleaning workers can improve the quality of equipment cleaning,training effect,and satisfaction of the medical staff.
