加味固阴煎联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征肾阴虚证的临床观察

Clinical effect of Modified Yin-Strengthening Decoction and Daying-35 on kidney Yin deficiency syndrome from polycystic ovary syndrome

目的 探讨加味固阴煎、达英-35联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)肾阴虚证的效果,以指导PCOS肾阴虚证患者临床治疗方案的拟定,改善临床治疗现状。方法 采用随机数字表法将2021年10月—2022年3月医院收治的肾阴虚证PCOS患者80例分为2组,各40例。对照组采用达英-35治疗,观察组采用加味固阴煎联合达英-35治疗,均治疗3个月经周期。比较2组治疗效果、中医症状积分、月经情况、子宫内膜厚度及性激素水平,统计两组不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%,38/40)比对照组(77.50%,31/40)高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医症状积分均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组月经周期比治疗前短,且观察组比对照组短,两组月经量及子宫内膜厚度均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)、抗缪勒管激素(AMH)水平均较治疗前改善,且观察组比对照组改善更显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PCOS肾阴虚证患者采用加味固阴煎联合达英-35治疗效果满意,可调节性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度,改善月经状况,且未增加不良反应,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Modified Yin-Strengthening Decoction combined with Daying-35 in treating kidney Yin deficiency syndrome in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),so as to guide the formulation of clinical treatment plans and improve the current treatments.Methods A total of 80 PCOS patients with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome admitted to Shangrao People’s Hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 were divided into 2 groups,with 40 in each group.The control group was treated right with Danying-35,while the observation group was treated with the Modified Yin-Strengthening Decoction combined with Danying-35,with a course of 3 menstrual cycles for both groups.The therapeutic effect,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom score,menstruation,endometrial thickness,and sex hormone level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%,38/40)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%,31/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were lowered compared to before treatment,and the score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);The menstrual cycle of the two groups was shortened after treatment,and the cycle of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group;The menstrual volume and endometrial thickness of the two groups were increased,and the two indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,after treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),testosterone(T)and anti-Muller hormone(AMH)in both groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were more significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Modified Yin-Strengthening Decoction and Daying-35 yields satisfactory treatment outcomes in PCOS patients with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,for they jointly regulate sex hormone levels and endometrial thickness,improve menstrual status,but produce few risks of adverse reactions effectively.
