基于挥发性成分差异性的散装植物油空调控温储粮技术研究

摘要 目前常规的散装植物油控温储粮技术主要通过调节粮仓空气流通情况,从而实现粮仓局部降温处理,由于忽略了对储粮对象含水占比的有效调节,导致控温效果不佳.对此,提出了基于挥发性成分差异性的散装植物油空调控温储粮技术.首先通过电缆测温的方式,对粮仓内部温度数据进行获取,并结合植物油的挥发特性,对测温点布置方案进行设计,构建粮仓温度场坐标系,通过生成的温度云图,获取粮仓内部的空间温度分布情况.然后以粮仓温度、储粮对象水分含量以及空调能耗三个指标作为优化目标,构建多目标优化函数.测试结果表明,采用提出的方法进行控温储粮时,粮仓内部的温度波动范围较小,具备较为理想的控温效果. Currently,the adjustment of air circulation in the grain warehouse to achieve localized cooling treatment is primarily carried out for conventional bulk vegetable oil temperature control storage technology.Nevertheless,the effectiveness of temperature control has been found to be unsatisfactory due to the neglect of effectively adjusting the water content proportion of the stored grain object.In response to this issue,the technology for regulating the air temperature of grain storage using bulk vegetable oil,based on differences in volatile components,is introduced.To begin with,temperature data within the granary is acquired through cable temperature measurements.This data,combined with an understanding of the volatilization characteristics of vegetable oil,facilitates the design of a layout plan for temperature measurement points aimed at establishing the temperature field coordinate system of the granary.Subsequently,the spatial temperature distribution inside the granary is obtained through the creation of temperature cloud maps.Moreover,a multi-objective optimization function is formulated,relying on three key indicators:the temperature of the grain warehouse,the moisture content of the stored grain object,and the energy consumption of the air conditioning system.The results of the tests reveal that the utilization of the proposed method for temperature control and grain storage leads to minimal temperature fluctuations within the grain warehouse,thus indicating a relatively ideal temperature control effect.
