The Research on the Path of Promoting Labor Education in Universities in the New Era

劳动是人类的本质活动,劳动光荣、创造伟大是对人类文明进步规律的重要诠释。加强新时代高校劳动教育必须从五个方面推进。即:创新劳动教育方式:课堂授课与生活生产志愿活动相结合;丰富劳动教育内容:劳动理论与劳动价值技能法律相结合;拓宽劳动教育场域:学校场域与家庭社会网络场域相结合;壮大劳动教育队伍:专职教师与辅导员、管理者、其他教师相结合;完善劳动教育评价:综合评价与结果过程增值评价相结合。

Labor is an essential activity of human beings,and the glory and greatness of labor are im-portant interpretations of the laws of human civilization and progress.Strengthening labor education in uni-versities in the new era must be promoted from five aspects.Namely,innovative labor education methods:combining classroom teaching with voluntary activities in daily life and production;Enriching the content of labor education:combining labor theory with labor value skills law;Expanding the field of labor education:combining the school field with the family social network field;Strengthening the labor education team:combining full-time teachers with counselors,managers,and other teachers;Improving the evaluation of labor education:combining comprehensive evaluation with value-added evaluation of the outcome process.
