摘要
加速康复外科(enhanced recoveryaftersurgery,ERAS)是一项全球性的围手术期优化处理措施,最早始于结直肠手术,现已扩展到包括妇科手术在内的众多专业。ERAS理念已被证实能显著改善临床结局及成本。本文将ERAS在妇科手术中的应用进行综述,探讨其应用效果及展望。
Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)is a global perioperative period quality improvement program which started in colorectal surgery and has now expanded to numerous specialties,including gynecological surgery.Implementation of ERAS has been shown to significantly improve clinical outcomes and cost.This paper reviews the application of ERAS in gynecological surgery,and explores its application effect and prospects.
