摘要
连续梁水平转体施工技术是跨峡谷、河流、公铁交通干道桥梁施工的首选技术。因此,基于郑徐客专开兰特大桥跨陇海铁路连续梁转体施工项目对连续吊架的荷载域连续梁平转施工的安全性进行了研究。其结果表明:连续梁跨中合龙段吊架上下横梁最大正应力分别为45.28、35.56 MPa,均小于强度安全值205 MPa,二者满足刚度要求;连续梁水平转体所需最大牵引力和转动过程所需牵引力分别为1018.8、713.2 kN,转体时长为28 min,转体悬臂端牵引索线速度为3.34 m/h,千斤顶动力储备、牵引索的安全系数和悬臂线速度均达到了该类型工程施工的要求。该计算和分析结果可为类似工程提供指导和借鉴。
The construction technology of continuous beam horizontal swivel is the preferred technology for the con-struction of bridge across canyons,rivers and railway.Therefore,taken the project of continuous beam swivel of Zhengzhou-Xuzhou high-speed railway Kailan grand bridge cross Lanzhou-Lianyungang railway as an example,the safety of the construction of the continuous crane horizontal swivel is studied.The results show that the maximum positive stress of the upper and lower beams of the continuous beam span is 45.28 and 35.56 MPa respectively,which both are less than the strength safety value of 205 MPa and meet the stiffness requirements;The maximum traction force required for the horizontal swievl of the continuous beam is 1018.8 and 713.2 kN respectively,the ro-tation time is 28 min,and the traction cable speed of the cantilever end is 3.34 m/h.All the jack power reserve,the safety factor of the traction cable and cantilever line speed meet the requirements of this type of engineering con-struction.The calculation and analysis results can provide guidance and reference for similar projects.
