上软下硬地层大直径泥水盾构机针对性设计与应用

Targeted Design and Application of Large Diameter Slurry Shield in Upper-soft Lower-hard Ground

泥水盾构机在上软下硬地层施工会出现诸多问题,例如刀具异常磨损、刀盘振动开裂、主驱动超载偏载、姿态失准和超挖失稳等。因此,在现有行业研究成果和施工经验的基础上,依托深圳市妈湾跨海隧道工程,根据工程地质和水文条件,进行了适应性分析和针对性设计,提出了大直径泥水盾构机应配置大规格轴承,常压换刀刀盘,配置具有伸缩功能的主驱动、可自由分组调控推进系统以及搭载准确性高的传感设备和数据算法系统,来应对上软下硬等复杂工况的方法。该方法在应用中提高了施工效率,避免了失效、失准、失稳以及超挖等次生风险,可为后续类似工程盾构机选型提供参考和借鉴。

During slurry shield driving in upper-soft lower-hard ground,there are many problems of abnormal wear of cutter,vibration cracking of cutter head,overload and partial load of main drive,misalignment of posture and overbreak excavation instability.Taken the Shenzhen Mawan tunnel project as an example,according to the engi-neering geological and hydrological conditions,the adaptability analysis and targeted design are carried out on the base of existing industry research results and construction experience.That large diameter slurry shields should be equipped with large-size bearings,atmospheric cutter changing cutterhead,main drive with telescopic function,free grouping control propulsion system,sensor equipment and data algorithm system with high accuracy are pro-posed to cope with complex working conditions of upper-soft lower-hard ground.The application of this method im-proves the construction efficiency,avoids the secondary risks of failure,misalignment,instability and over-excava-tion and provides reference for the selection of shields for similar projects.
