沥青混合料马歇尔设计方法和丰度系数方法确定最佳沥青用量对比分析

摘要 对于沥青混合料的组成设计,法国标准采用丰度系数方法确定最佳沥青用量,与中国标准采用的马歇尔设计方法有一定的差异。因此,基于2种典型的沥青混合料(AC-13、BBSG-14),分别采用中国和法国标准进行材料的组成设计,并对比分析了两国标准在确定混合料最佳沥青用量时的差异和相似性。研究结果表明:采用丰度系数方法得到的最佳沥青用量比采用马歇尔设计方法得到的最佳沥青用量多0.2~0.3;在标准间相互转换时,应适当调整沥青用量。该研究成果可为海外道路工程建设时不同标准的采用和转化提供参考。 For the composition design of asphalt mixtures,the French standard employs the abundance coefficient method to determine the optimal asphalt content,which differs from the Marshall mix design used in China.Therefore,based on two typical asphalt mixtures(AC-13 and BBSG-14),material composition designs were conducted sepa-rately by the two standards mentioned above.A comparative analysis of the differences and similarities was per-formed between the two standards in determining the optimal asphalt content of the mixtures.The research results indicate that the optimal asphalt content obtained by the abundance coefficient is approximately 0.2 to O.3 higher than that by Marshall mix design method.When converting between the standards,the asphalt content should be adjusted appropriately.Findings provide a reliable reference for the adoption and conversion of different standards in overseas road engineering construction.
