农村污水管网运维成本研究——以北京市密云区污水管网为例

摘要 近年来越来越多的农村建设了污水管网,但是管网的运维成了一道难题。污水管网由于覆盖面广、长度长、附属构筑物多,在整个污水处理运维费用中占比较大。管网运维费用过高,往往让管理方对运维“望而却步”。污水管网的设计与运维息息相关,设计过程中对于材质、长度、坡度、检查井间距、管道接口等因素的选择,会造成运维成本大不相同。比起事后应急处理,从设计环节上降低运维成本是一劳永逸的解决方式。针对以上问题,研究讨论如何降低污水管网运维成本并付诸实践,总结方法并得出相关结论。 In recent years,sewage pipe network has been built in more and more rural areas,but its operation and maintenance of the network has become a challenge.Sewage pipe network,due to its wide coverage,long length and numerous auxiliary structures,accounts for a large proportion of the total sewage treatment operation and maintenance costs.And the high operation and maintenance costs often deter the management from carrying out the necessary tasks.The design and operation of the sewage pipe network are closely related.The selection of factors such as material,length,slope,inspection well spacing,and pipe interface in the design process will result in different operation and maintenance costs.Compared with post-emergency treatment,reducing operation and maintenance costs in the design stage is a better solution.In view of the above problems,this paper studies and discusses how to reduce the cost of sewage network operation and maintenance,puts it into practice,summarizes the methods and draws relevant conclusions.
