摘要
优化了空气中的醛、酮类化合物的测定方法。采用酸性饱和2,4-二硝基苯肼吸收液采集空气样品,发生衍生化反应后,生成2,4-二硝基苯腙类化合物,经溶剂萃取后,高效液相色谱分离检测。加标回收率在63.7%~119.0%之间,可用于空气中16种醛、酮类化合物的检测。
A determination method for aldehyde and ketone compounds in atmosphere has been optimized.The ambient air was collected by aqueous acidic saturated 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine,which can introduce the derivative reaction to produce 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazones.Its derivative was extracted,and then analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.The recovery ranged from 63.7%to 119.0%.This method could determine 16 kinds of aldehydes and ketones in atmosphere.
