导乐陪伴分娩配合水疗及音乐冥想在促进自然分娩中的作用

The Role of Doula Accompany Labor in Conjunction with Spa and Music Meditation in Promoting Natural Childbirth

目的探讨导乐陪伴分娩配合水疗、音乐冥想在促进自然分娩中的临床效果。方法选择我院2022年5月至2023年5月产科接诊的80例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规分娩护理,观察组在常规分娩护理模式基础上,额外增加导乐陪伴分娩,配合水疗音乐冥想。分析两组产妇经护理后自然分娩率以及产程时间变化,从情绪状态分析两组的分娩体验感以及母婴并发症的发生风险。结果经不同护理措施干预后,观察组患者自然分娩率高达95.00%,优于对照组自然分娩率85.00%(P<0.05)。观察组第一产程(372.93±25.14)min,第二产程(62.88±9.06)min,第三产程(8.23±2.19)min,时间相比对照组均明显缩短(均P<0.05)。分娩体验感方面,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组产后母婴并发症发生率为2.50%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规分娩护理,导乐陪伴分娩配合水疗,音乐冥想可有效提升产妇自然分娩率,缩短产妇第一、第二及第三产程,显著改善产妇在生产中的身心状态,提升产妇的分娩体验感,同时降低母婴并发症的发生风险。

Objective To explore the clinical value of doula accompanying childbirth with spa and music meditation in promoting natural childbirth.Methods A total of 80 parturient women admitted in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine delivery care,and the observation group was given doula accompanying delivery and spa music meditation based on the routine delivery.The natural delivery rate,labor time changes of the two groups after nursing were analyzed.The labor emotional state and the risk of maternal and infant complications were analyzed.Results After the different nursing,the natural delivery rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was better than that of the control group 85.00%(P<0.05).In the observation group,the first stage of labor was(372.93±25.14)min,the second stage of labor was(62.88±9.06)min,and the third stage of labor was(8.23±2.19)min,and the overall labor time was shorter than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores(SAS and SDS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The incidence of postpartum maternal and infant complications in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than that in the control group.Conclusions Compared with the conventional delivery care,doula accompanying delivery with hydrotherapy,music meditation can effectively improve the natural delivery rate of women,shorten the first,second and third stage of labor,reduce the overall labor time,improve the physical and mental state of women in labor,enhance the sense of childbirth experience of women,and reduce the risk of maternal and infant complications.
