深圳居民对药品说明书的认知状况调查

Survey of Shenzhen Residents'Cognition of Drug Package Inserts

目的了解大众对药品说明书的认知状况,对患者用药指导的期望和对药品电子说明书的接受度,为完善说明书及标签管理制度提供依据。方法通过深圳社工协会的社工对各自分管辖区居民进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果共回收有效问卷6550份。调查结果显示91.18%的受访者在用药过程中会阅读药品说明书,年龄、性别、受教育程度对于是否阅读说明书有显著影响(P<0.01)。11.89%的受访者表示自己或家人曾经出现过因对药品说明书理解有误而导致用药错误。受访者期望药品说明书“关键信息突出”“内容简洁清晰”“字体大小便于阅读”“语言通俗易懂”。81.88%的受访者认为说明书阅读难度在小学或初中阅读水平更合理。61.77%的人可以接受电子版药品说明书。年龄、受教育程度对是否能接受药品电子说明书有显著影响(P<0.01)。结论绝大多数患者将药品说明书作为重要的参考依据,目前说明书的可读性与大众的期望尚有不小差距,通过药品电子说明书提升患者获取、阅读和理解药品信息的能力,已得到超半数受访者的支持。

Objective To understand the public's cognition of package inserts,the expectations for patient medication guidance and the acceptance of electronic drug package insert,and to provide the basis for improving drug package inserts and label management system.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among residents in Shenzhen by Social Worker Association and the survey results were analyzed statistically.Results A total of 6550 valid questionnaires were returned.The results showed that 91.18%of the respondents read package inserts during medication,and age,gender,and education had a significant effect on whether to read package inserts or not(P<0.01).11.89%of the respondents said they or their families had experienced medication errors due to misunderstanding of the package insert.Respondents expected package inserts to be"highlighted with key information","concise and clear content","easy to read font size",and"plain and understandable language".81.88%of the respondents believed that the literacy level of package inserts was appropriate at the primary or junior high school reading level.Electronic package inserts were acceptable to 61.77%.Age and education had a significant effect on respondents'acceptance for electronic package inserts(P<0.01).Conclusions Most patients take the package insert as an important reference basis.At present,there is a gap between the readability of the package insert and the expectations of the public.Improving the ability of patients to obtain,read and understand the drug information through the electronic package insert has been supported by more than half of the respondents.
