乳腺癌化疗患者不良反应分析

Analysis of Adverse Reactions In Patients With Breast Cancer Chemotherapy

目的分析乳腺癌患者使用抗肿瘤药物化疗后发生相关不良反应的情况。方法从2020年12月至2021年12月我院不良反应报告系统中选取61例乳腺癌患者的相关不良反应数据进行分析。结果61例乳腺癌患者化疗后,系统登记的不良反应共67例次。其中,骨髓抑制45例次(67.16%)、皮疹6例次(8.96%)、肝功能异常5例次(7.46%)、恶心呕吐3例次(4.48%)、腹泻2例次(2.99%)、其他合计6例次(8.96%)。结论乳腺癌化疗治疗时发生不良反应的类型不同,其中比例最高的骨髓抑制,其次是皮疹和肝功能异常,消化道不良反应也较常见。

Objective To analyze the adverse effects of chemotherapy with antitumor drugs in breast cancer patients.Methods Adverse reaction data of 61 patients with breast cancer were selected from adverse reaction reporting system data of our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 for analysis.Results There were only 67 adverse reactions in 61 patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Among them,45 cases of myelosuppression(67.16%),6 cases of rash(8.96%),5 cases of abnormal liver function(7.46%),3 cases of nausea and vomiting(4.48%),2 cases of diarrhea(2.99%),and 6 cases of other cases(8.96%).Conclusions Different types of adverse reactions occur during chemotherapy for breast cancer,among which the highest proportion was bone marrow suppression,followed by rash and abnormal liver function,and gastrointestinal adverse reactions were also common.
