尿常规及血液生化对糖尿病的诊断及糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂分析

Diagnosis of Diabetes by Urine Routine and Blood Biochemistry and Analysis of Blood Glucose and Lipids in Diabetic Patients

目的分析尿常规及血液生化对糖尿病的诊断效能及血液生化检验对糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂分析。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月我院收治的糖尿病患者102例(观察组)以及健康体检人员102例(对照组)共204例。对比尿常规及血液生化检验对糖尿病的诊断率,以及两组血糖以及血脂检测结果。结果血液生化检验检出糖尿病98例(96.08%)高于尿常规检验检出的糖尿病84例(82.35%)(P=0.002)。观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及餐后2 h血糖均高于对照组(均P<0.05);在血脂检测方面,观察组TC、TG以及LDL-C水平均高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论血液生化检验相比尿常规能够更准确地诊断糖尿病,血液生化检验有效地反映糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of urine routine and blood biochemistry for the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus and blood biochemistry test for the analysis of blood glucose and blood lipid in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 102 cases of diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022(as observation group)and 102 cases of health check-up personnel(as control group)were selected,which was total of 204 cases.We compared the diagnosis rate of diabetes mellitus by urine routine and blood biochemistry test,as well as the results of blood glucose and blood lipids in the two groups.Results Diabetes mellitus was detected in 98 cases(96.08%)by blood biochemical test than in 84 cases(82.35%)by routine urine test(P=0.002).Fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and blood glucose at 2 h postprandial were all higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);in the detection of blood lipids,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C were higher than in the control group,and the levels of HDL-C were lower than in the control group(P<0.05);and the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).C levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Blood biochemistry test can diagnose diabetes more accurately than urine routine,and blood biochemistry test can effectively reflect the blood glucose and lipid levels of diabetic patients.
