早期活动健康宣教对结直肠癌术后患者胃乏力症患病率及胃肠功能指标的影响

Effect of Early Active Health Education on Prevalence of Gastric Fatigue and Gastrointestinal Function in Postoperative Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的研究分析采用早期活动健康宣教干预结直肠癌术后患者的胃乏力症患病率以及胃肠功能各指标的影响。方法选择2022年3月至2023年3月期间厦门市中医院接收并行结直肠癌手术的80例患者作为本次研究对象,回顾性分析临床资料。将患者随机均分成对照组和干预组两组,其中对照组的40例结肠癌术后患者接受常规的护理干预,干预组的40例结直肠癌术后患者在对照组基础上加以早期活动健康宣教干预,观察分析两组患者的胃乏力症患病率、胃肠功能指标变化、心理状态以及护理满意率。结果干预组患者的胃乏力症患病率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。胃肠功能指标对比,干预组的时间均比对照组更短(P<0.05)。相比对照组,干预组患者心理状态更好(SAS评分及SDS评分均较低),护理满意率也更高(均P<0.05)。结论为结直肠癌术后患者提供早期活动健康宣教护理服务后,可有效降低患者的胃乏力症患病率,改善患者的胃肠功能指标,积极改善患者的负性消极情绪。

Objective To study and analyze the effects of early active health education on the prevalence of gastric fatigue and various indexes of gastrointestinal function in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients who received concurrent colorectal cancer surgery in the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the objects of this study,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.40 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention after colon cancer surgery,and 40 patients in the intervention group received early activity health education intervention on the basis of the control group.The prevalence rate of gastric fatigue,changes in gastrointestinal function indexes,psychological state and nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The prevalence of gastric fatigue in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of gastrointestinal function indexes in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing to the control group,the intervention group had better psychological state and higher nursing satisfaction rate(all P<0.05).Conclusions Providing early active health education and nursing services for postoperative patients with colorectal cancer can effectively reduce the prevalence of gastric fatigue,improve gastrointestinal function of patients,actively improve the negative emotions of patients.
