益气养心通脉汤结合西药治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Yiqi Yangxin Tongmai Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Senile Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析老年慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)采取益气养血通脉汤结合西药治疗的效果。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月收治的老年CHF患者100例,随机分为观察组(益气养心通脉汤结合西药治疗)和对照组(西药治疗)各50例,对比效果。结果观察组超声心动图指标、运动耐量测量结果、氧化应激指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组BNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养心通脉汤与西药联合治疗老年CHF效果理想。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Yangxue Tongmai Decoction Combined with Western medicine on senile chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 100 cases of elderly CHF patients admitted from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into 50 cases each in the observation group(Yiqi Nourishing Heart and Penetrating Vessel Soup combined with western medicine treatment)and the control group(western medicine treatment),and the effects were compared.Results Echocardiographic indexes,exercise tolerance measurements,and oxidative stress indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the BNP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Yiqi Yangxin Tongmai Decoction combined with Western medicine has ideal effect and high value in the treatment of senile CHF.
