中医辨证方法治疗胃溃疡的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Method in Treating Gastric Ulcer

目的观察中医辨证方法治疗胃溃疡的临床效果分析。方法将在2020年1月至2023年1月南安市乐峰镇卫生院收治诊断为胃溃疡的患者总计300例,以随机数表法分成两组各150例,其中以常规西药治疗为对照组,另以中医辨证方法治疗为研究组。比较两组患者在治疗前、后的中医证候积分,症状改善、消失时间,评价治疗效果。结果在治疗后各中医证候积分较治疗前降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组在治疗后的胃胀嗳气、恶心呕吐、上腹胀痛等症状明显改善及消失时间均短于对照组,(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃溃疡患者治疗中,以中医辨证法治疗,可明显减轻患者症状,并缩短病程,获得理想治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation methods in treating gastric ulcers.Methods A total of 300 patients diagnosed with gastric ulcer were admitted to Nan'an Lefeng Town Health Center from January 2020 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into two groups with 150 cases each,with routine Western medicine treatment as the control group and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment as the research group.Compare the TCM syndrome scores,symptom improvement,and disappearance time of two groups of patients before and after treatment,and evaluate the treatment effect.Results After treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes decreased compared to before treatment,and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The study group showed significant improvement and disappearance time of symptoms such as bloating,belching,nausea,vomiting,and upper abdominal pain after treatment compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of gastric ulcer patients,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation method can significantly alleviate their symptoms,shorten the course of disease,and achieve ideal treatment results.
