改良斜扳手法治疗急性腰椎后关节紊乱症

Treatment of Acute Posterior Lumbar Joint Disorder by Modified Oblique Manipulation

目的观察改良斜扳手法治疗急性腰椎后关节紊乱症的临床疗效。方法以科室2020年4月至2023年6月接收的120例急性腰椎后关节紊乱症患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法随机分为试验组(改良斜扳手法治疗组),对照组(传统斜扳手法治疗组),每组各60例。记录就诊当天患者治疗前后的VAS评分、日本骨科学会(Japanese Orthopedic Association,JOA)腰痛疾患疗效评定量表评分,疗效以《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中急性腰扭伤的疗效评定标准进行评定,记录各项效果人数及有效率。将上述数据用统计学方法处理,观察两组数据的差异性。结果治疗前两组患者的VAS评分、JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后试验组VAS评分、JOA评分以及有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论改良斜板手法临床效果较传统更好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the modified oblique wrench method in the treatment of acute posterior lumbar joint disorder.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute posterior lumbar spondylolisthesis received in the department from April 2020 to June 2023 were used as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the experimental group(modified oblique wrench manipulation treatment group)and the control group(traditional oblique wrench manipulation treatment group)according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.On the day of consultation,patients'VAS scores before and after treatment,scores of Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)efficacy evaluation scale for lumbar pain disorders were recorded,and the efficacy was evaluated according to the efficacy evaluation criteria for acute lumbar sprain in the"Diagnostic Efficacy Criteria for Traditional Chinese Medicine Cases",and the number of people who had each effect and the effective rate were recorded.The above data were processed by statistical methods to observe the differences between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the VAS scores and JOA scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score,JOA score and effective rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusions Modified oblique plate manoeuvre has better clinical results than the traditional one.
