自动弹力线痔疮套扎术联合痔切除术患者应用湿润烧伤膏的临床效果

Clinical effect of Moist Burn Cream in Patients Who Underwent RPH-4 Combined with Hemorrhoidectomy

目的探讨自动弹力线痔疮套扎术(RPH-4)联合痔切除术患者应用湿润烧伤膏的临床效果。方法纳入2020年6月至2022年6月于会昌县人民医院普外科进行治疗的210名符合Ⅳ度痔疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=118)和对照组(n=92)。对两组均行RPH-4联合痔切除术,观察组术后使用湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照组使用医用凡士林外涂治疗。对手术后第3天两组患者疼痛程度、创面愈合时间、住院时间以及术后并发症的发生率对比分析。结果术后第3天观察组患者的疼痛程度低于对照组患者,差异有统计意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者的平均住院时间和创面愈合时间均比对照组患者较短(P<0.05)。两组患者手术后并发症的总体发生率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在治疗Ⅳ度混合痔时应用RPH-4联合痔切除术后配合湿润烧伤膏,患者术后的疼痛程度减轻明显,术后并发症更低,创面的愈合时间缩短。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of using moist burn cream for the treatment of wounds after RPH-4 combined with hemorrhoidectomy for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 210 patients with degree IV haemorrhoids who met the criteria for receiving treatment in the general surgery department of Huichang County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were included as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into observation group(n=118)and control group(n=92).RPH-4,hemorrhoidectomy,and postoperative moist burn cream were used in both the observation group and control group.On the third day after surgery,the pain level,wound healing time,hospital stay time and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The pain degree of the observation group on the postoperative 3rd day was lower than that of control group(P<0.01).The average hospital stay and wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant comparison of the overall incidence of comorbidities after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions RPH-4 and hemorrhoidectomy combined with wet burn cream for the treatment ofⅣdegree mixed hemorrhoids are beneficial to the postoperative recovery of patients,effectively reduce postoperative pain,accelerate surgical wound healing,shorten the average hospital stay.
