个性化护理措施在甲状腺手术护理中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Individualized Nursing Measures in Thyroid Surgery Nursing

目的浅析甲状腺手术患者采用个性化护理措施的效果与安全性。方法将62例乐安县人民医院甲状腺手术患者作为本次研究对象,按照电脑盲选法将其分为两组,均组31例,所有患者均于2021年1月至2023年5月收治,对照组为基础护理,观察组为个性化护理措施,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组心理弹性评分高于对照组(60.00%)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的VAS疼痛态度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);在两组患者在生活质量SF-36水平上,观察组得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺手术患者实施个性化护理措施效果显著,有助于缓解患者的心理压力,缓解疼痛度,提升生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect and safety of personalized nursing measures for patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 62 cases of thyroid surgery patients in Le'an County People's Hospital as the object of this study,in accordance with the computer blind selection method will be divided into 2 groups,both groups of 31 cases,all patients were admitted from January 2021 to May 2023,the control group for basic care,the observation group for personalised care measures,to compare the effect of the treatment of the two groups.Results The psychological elasticity score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(60.00%)(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS pain attitude score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);in the two groups of patients in the level of quality of life SF-36,the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of personalized nursing measures for patients with thyroid surgery has remarkable effect,which is helpful to relieve the psychological pressure of patients,relieve pain and improve the quality of life.
