阶段性护理对产后出血产妇心理状态与预后的影响

To Explore the Effect of Stage Nursing on Psychological State and Prognosis of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的探讨产后出血产妇采用阶段性护理对其心理状态和预后效果的临床效果。方法从我院2021年8月至2022年8月收治的产后出血产妇中,抽取80例作为本文的观察对象,通过随机数表法将其均匀分为两组,分组后分别命名为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),对照组与观察组的护理方法分别为常规护理、阶段性护理,对比两组的出血量、止血时间、住院时间、护理前后的疼痛程度、心理状态、生活质量和护理满意度。结果观察组的出血量、止血时间、住院时间均优于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组护理后的视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);在SF-36生活质量评分的比较上,观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);在护理满意度的比较上,观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论产后出血产妇采用阶段性护理的效果较显著,不仅可以有效控制其出血量,提高止血效果,缩短住院时间,还可以减轻其疼痛程度,调节其心理状态,改善其生活质量,提升其护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phased nursing on psychological state and prognosis of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation objects of this study.They were evenly divided into two groups by random number table method,and were named as control group(n=40 cases)and observation group(n=40 cases)respectively.The nursing methods of the control group and observation group were routine nursing and phased nursing,respectively.The amount of blood loss,hemostatic time,hospital stay,pain degree before and after nursing,psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding volume,hemostasis time,and hospital stay of the observation group were better than those of the control group(all P<0.05);and the visual pain analogue score(VAS),anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)score,and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the nursing care(all P<0.05).The SF-36 quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison of nursing satisfaction,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of phased nursing for postpartum hemorrhage is more significant,which can not only effectively control the amount of blood loss,improve the hemostatic effect,shorten the length of hospital stay,but also reduce the degree of pain,adjust their psychological state,improve their quality of life,and enhance their nursing satisfaction,which can be further promoted clinically.
