质控日志联合柏拉图护理对妊娠高血压及睡眠质量的影响

The Study of Quality Control Log Combined with Plato Nursing in Improving BP Level and PSQI Score of Pregnant Hypertension

目的观察在对妊娠高血压患者护理过程中开展质控日志联合柏拉图护理对于患者BP水平以及PSQI评分的改善作用。方法在2021年3月至2023年4月本院收治妊娠高血压患者中抽选76例为对象,根据随机数表法划分对照组(38例,治疗期间开展常规护理支持)和观察组(38例,治疗期间开展质控日志联合柏拉图护理)。针对两组患者BP水平以及PSQI评分等改善情况进行对比。结果对比两组PSQI评分,干预前无差异,干预后观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组干预前后血压水平,干预前两组舒张压、收缩压无差异,干预后观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组心理状态,干预前两组无差异,干预后观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠期并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对妊娠高血压患者进行护理时开展质控日志联合柏拉图护理,可以降低患者血压水平,提升患者睡眠质量,改善患者负面情绪,降低妊娠期并发症发生率。

Objective To observe the improvement effect of quality control logs combined with Plato care on BP levels and PSQI scores in the nursing process of patients with gestational hypertension.Methods Seventy-six cases were selected from patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to April 2023,and the numerical table was randomly sorted to divide the control group(38 cases,with routine nursing support during the treatment period)and the observation group(38 cases,with QA logs combined with platonic care during the treatment period).Improvements in BP levels and PSQI scores were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the PSQI scores of the two groups,there was no difference before the intervention,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Comparing the blood pressure levels of the two groups before and after the intervention,there was no difference in diastolic and systolic BP between the two groups before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Comparing the psychological state of the two groups,there was no difference between the two groups before the intervention,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The complication rate of pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing quality control logs combined with Plato care in the care of patients with gestational hypertension can reduce blood pressure levels,improve sleep quality,improve negative emotions,and reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications.
