心理护理在肺功能患者中的应用效果及提高肺功能检查的标准率

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Lung Function and Improving the Standard Rate of Lung Function Examination

目的分析心理护理在肺功能患者中的应用效果及提高肺功能检查的标准率。方法选取2023年2~6月期间在厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院接受肺功能检查的80例患者并随机分组,对照组按一般护理方式管理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强心理护理。比较两组患者的检查配合度、检查时间、图像达标率、不良事件发生率、患者对护理的满意度情况。结果观察组平均检查时间短于对照组(P<0.05),而观察组检查配合度、图像达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。检查中头晕、咳嗽、胸闷、四肢麻木等不良反应方面,对照组为10.00%,观察组为0,对照组高于观察组(P<0.05);相比对照组,观察组患者对护理服务的总满意率明显提升(97.50%vs.85.00%,P<0.05)。结论心理护理在肺功能患者中具有良好的应用效果,可显著缩短检查时间,提高患者的检查配合率、满意度,提高肺功能检查的标准率。

Objective To analyze the examination effect of psychological nursing in patients undergoing lung function examination and the standard rate of lung function examination.Methods A total of 80 patients who received pulmonary function examination in our hospital from February 2023 to June 2023 were selected.Patients in the control group were managed according to the general nursing mode,and patients in the observation group were strengthened psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The examination cooperation,examination time,image compliance rate,incidence of adverse events and patients'satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results For the incidence of adverse reaction,the observation group(0)was lower than that in control group(10.00%)(P<0.05).For the average inspection time,the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05),for the inspection cooperation and image compliance rate,the observation group were higher than that the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing has a good application effect in patients with pulmonary function,which can significantly shorten the examination time,improve the cooperation rate and satisfaction rate of patients,and improve the standard rate of pulmonary function examination.
