改良围术期干预对老年GSV患者的应用效果

Modified perioperative intervention and cooperation for elderly patients with varicosities in the great saphenous vein and its effect on postoperative adverse events

目的 探讨老年大隐静脉曲张(GSV)应用改良围术期术中干预配合及对患者术后不良反应的影响。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年3月收治的GSV老年患者117例,随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组(n=60)采用常规术中干预配合,研究组(n=57)采用改良围术期术中干预配合方案,比较2组患者围术期术中干预配合效果。结果 研究组术后术中出血量、手术时间、卧床时间、住院时间低于对照组,术中配合度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);T0、T1、T2时2组患者MAP、HR水平差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);T3时研究组MAP、HR水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为3.50%显著低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论 老年GSV应用改良围术期术中干预配合可显著改善患者手术相关指标及术中配合度,减轻血流动力学波动,降低术后不良反应发生情况。

Objective To explore the effect of modified perioperative intervention and cooperation on postoperative adverse events in elderly patients with varicosities in the great saphenous vein(GSV).Methods The data of 117 elderly patients with varicosities in the GSV admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=57).Conventional perioperative intervention and the modified perioperative intervention and cooperation were applied to patients of control group and study group,respectively.The outcome of perioperative intervention was compared between groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,off-bed duration and length of stay in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the intraoperative cooperation score was significantly higher(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)at T0,T1 and T2 between groups(P>0.05),which,at T3,were significantly lower in the study group than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the study group than that of control group(3.50%vs 15.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified perioperative intervention and cooperation can significantly improve surgery-related indexes and perioperative cooperation,and reduce hemodynamic fluctuations and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in elderly patients with varicosities in the GSV.
