河北省学校饮水设备卫生状况调查研究

A study on the sanitary condition of drinking water facilities in schools in Hebei Province

目的了解河北省学校饮水设备卫生现状,为监督管理提供科学依据。方法由经过培训的卫生监督人员采用问卷调查的方式对河北省370所学校的饮水设备、卫生管理状况进行卫生学调查,对调查结果进行统计描述及分析。结果河北省学校饮水设备主要以桶装水饮水机为主,其次是水质净化处理设备。桶装水饮水机出水口未封闭现象比较严重。学校普遍存在饮水设备清洗消毒工作未落实的情况。结论学校作为饮水安全第一责任人,应提升对饮水设备的管理水平;卫生行政部门应加强对学校的培训、指导和监督,帮助和督促学校做好饮水卫生工作。

Objective To investigate the current sanitary situation of drinking water facilities in schools in Hebei Province,thus providing a scientific basis for supervision and management.Methods A hygienic survey of drinking water facilities and sanitary management in 370 schools in Hebei Province was conducted by trained health supervisors using a questionnaire,and the surveyed data were statistically processed.Results Barrel water dispensers were the major drinking water equipment,followed by water purification and treatment equipment.The phenomenon of unclosed spouts of water dispensers in barrels was relatively serious.There was a general lack of cleaning and disinfection of drinking water facilities in schools.Conclusion As the chief responsible for drinking water safety,the management of drinking water facilities in schools should be concerned.Health administration departments should strengthen training,guidance and supervision of schools,and help and supervise schools to do a good job in drinking water sanitation.
