知信行健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者依从性的影响

Influence of health education based on the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice on the treatment compliance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)护理中知信行健康教育对患者治疗依从性影响。方法选择2022年1月至2022年8月接诊的116例COPD患者,随机数字表法分为传统组和试验组,每组58例,传统组给予常规护理干预,试验组在传统组基础上给予知信行健康教育,比较2组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、COPD评估测试(CAT)评分、6 min步行试验(6MWT)、治疗依从性、护理满意度情况。结果试验组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于传统组(P<0.05),试验组CAT评分低于传统组(P<0.05),试验组为6MWT高于传统组(P<0.05),试验组治疗依从性为94.83%高于传统组的72.41%(P<0.05),试验组护理满意度为96.55%高于传统组的75.86%(P<0.05)。结论知信行健康教育可有效减轻COPD患者心理不良情绪及健康损害程度,提高运动耐力、治疗依从性,改善护患关系,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the influence of health education based on the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice(KAP)on the treatment compliance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 116 COPD patients admitted in our hospital from January 2022 to August 2022 were recruited.They were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group,with 58 cases per group.Routine nursing was given to all patients,and those in the experimental group were additionally managed by KAP-based health education.The Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the COPD Assessment Test(CAT)scores,6-minute walking test(6MWT),treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The SDS and SAS scores after nursing were significantly lower in the experimental group than those of control group(P<0.05).The CAT score was significantly lower in the experimental group than that of control group(P<0.05).The 6MWT was significantly higher in the experimental group than that of control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance(94.83%vs 72.41%)and nursing satisfaction(96.55%vs 75.86%)were significantly higher in the experimental group than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion KAP-based health education can effectively reduce the psychological adverse emotion and health damage degree of COPD patients,which improves the exercise endurance,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction with a significant outcome.
