高校信息门户建设与优化的数据治理方案

The Application of Data Governance in Construction and Optimization of An Information Portal of Universities

为了构建高校统一的可共享、可互通的信息交换平台,本文提出了一个高校门户数据治理方案。方案涉及规划数据布局、制定数据标准、建立公共数据中心、建立数据汇聚交换链路监督体系、编制数据资产目录和开放共享促应用等方面的实施策略。方案的实施效果表明,数据治理与数据管理体系建设可大幅提升系统的健壮性、稳定性、可靠性与可用性,有利于高校整合和利用校内各类资源及实现多维度业务数据的实时汇聚。

In order to build a unified,sharable,and interoperable information exchange platform for universities,this article proposes a university portal data governance plan.The plan involves implementing strategies such as planning data layout,formulating data standards,establishing a public data center,establishing a data aggregation and exchange link supervision system,compiling a data asset catalog,and promoting application through open sharing.The implementation effect of the plan indicates that the construction of data governance and data management system can significantly improve the robustness,stability,reliability,and availability of the system,which is beneficial for universities to integrate and utilize various resources on campus and achieve real-time aggregation of multi-dimensional business data.
