《礼拜五:太平洋上的灵薄狱》是米歇尔·图尼埃的处女作,展现了作者对于人与自然关系的思考。作品中,海岛是鲁滨逊活动的背景,参与了鲁滨逊的活动,改变了鲁滨逊对人与自然主客二分的认识,其所展现的主体性特点与物质生态批评关于任何物质都具有能动性的观念不谋而合。海岛与鲁滨逊的关系发展分为沉沦期、征服期、融合期三个阶段,分析这三个阶段中两个主体之间的“博弈”,以此呼吁人们树立万物平等的观念与生命共同体意识。

Michel Tournier’s debut book Friday,or,The Other Island shows the author’s thinking on the relationship between man and nature.In this work,the island is not only the background of Robinson’s activities,but also a participant in Robinson’s activities,changing his understanding of the dichotomy between man and nature.The subjective characteristics shown by the island coincide with the concept of material ecocriticism that all substances have initiative.This paper divides the development of the relationship between the island and Robinson into three stages,and analyzes the“game”between the two subjects in these three stages,so as to appeal to people to establish the concept of equality of all things and the consciousness of a community of life.
