关节痛外洗方配合关节粘连传统松解术治疗膝关节损伤的临床研究

Clinical effect of external bath formula of arthralgia combined with traditional joint lysis on knee injury

目的 观察关节痛外洗方配合关节粘连传统松解术治疗膝关节损伤的临床效果。方法 将60例膝关节损伤患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例予美洛昔康口服联合制动,治疗组30例予关节痛外洗方配合关节粘连传统松解术治疗。2组均治疗8周。比较2组治疗前后日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、关节功能评分[美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分],并统计2组疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率73.33%(22/30),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后ADL评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后Lysholm评分、HSS评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后关节活动度均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 关节痛外洗方配合关节粘连传统松解术治疗膝关节损伤具有显著的治疗效果,能有效改善关节功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of external bath formula of arthralgia combined with traditional joint lysis on knee injury.Methods Sixty patients with knee injury were assigned to the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30),in which they were treated with oral meloxicam and external bath formula of arthralgia combined with traditional joint lysis,respectively.Treated for 8 weeks,the aim was to compare activities of daily living(ADL),joint function score(hospital for special surgery[HSS]knee score,Lysholm score).The rehabilitation and clinical effect were recorded.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(93.33%[28/30]vs 73.33%[22/30],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,ADL scores,HSS and Lysholm scores in the both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),which were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The joint motion in the both groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),which increased notably in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with knee injury,external bath formula of arthralgia combined with traditional joint lysis has significant therapeutic effect and can effectively improve joint injury.
