摘要
医疗设施空间可达性科学评价能够有效促进其空间配置的合理性,解决医疗资源分布不均问题。文章以深圳市为例,社区(村居委)作为基本研究单元,综合考虑医疗设施级别规模,分别设定不同出行时间阈值,利用多级半径和高斯距离衰减函数相结合的方式改进两步移动搜索法,对不同级别医疗设施的空间可达性进行了评价分析,采用空间聚类分析、冷热点分析等空间自相关分析方法对医疗设施空间可达性和人口密度的关系进行了研究,以期为城市医疗资源的规划和合理布局提供参考。
The scientific evaluation of the accessibility of medical facilities can effectively promote the rationality of their spatial allocation and solve the problem of uneven distribution of medical resources.The article takes Shenzhen as an example,with communities(village committees)as the basic research unit,comprehensively considering the scale of medical facilities,setting different travel time thresholds,and improving the two-step mobile search method by combining multi-level radius and Gaussian distance attenuation function.The spatial accessibility of medical facilities at different levels is evaluated and analyzed using spatial clustering analysis The relationship between the spatial accessibility of medical facilities and population density was studied using spatial autocorrelation analysis methods such as cold and hot spot analysis,in order to provide reference for the planning and rational layout of urban medical resources.
