鄂州市国土空间生态修复规划实践

Planning practice of land space ecological restoration in Ezhou City

生态修复是践行生态文明的重要工作,也是守住自然生态安全边界、促进自然生态系统质量整体改善的重要保障。文章通过分析鄂州市生态现状,结合鄂州市国土空间总体规划“双评价”和各层次要求确定鄂州市生态修复总体目标,识别生态修复重点区域,划定了六大生态修复分区,部署了7个重大工程和33个子工程,探讨了在国土空间背景下生态修复规划的总体思路、空间布局和重大工程设计,以期为其他区域的生态修复规划编制提供参考。

Ecological restoration is an important work in the practice of ecological civilization,and it is also an important guarantee for keeping the boundary of natural ecological security and promoting the overall improvement of the quality of natural ecosystems.Based on the analysis of the ecological status quo of Ezhou City,the overall objective of ecological restoration in Ezhou City was determined by combining the"double evaluation"of the overall territorial spatial planning of Ezhou City and the requirements of various levels,the key areas of ecological restoration were identified,six ecological restoration zones were demarcated,and seven major projects and 33 sub-projects were deployed.The general idea,spatial layout and major engineering design of ecological restoration planning under the background of national space are discussed,in order to provide reference for the preparation of ecological restoration planning in other regions.
