摘要
为了确保城市居民获得安全可靠的二次供水服务,全面提升并完善二次供水基础设施的建设和管理,推进二次供水基础设施的系统化运行和维护,智慧泵房的推广和应用成为解决问题的重要实践和探索。基于物联网技术、智能优化算法以及可视化信息技术设计并建设而成的智慧泵房,可以缩短维护管理时间,降低故障率和维护成本,减少电力资源消耗,提升供水的服务质量。文章以深圳安联尚璟府项目为例,介绍了住宅小区二次供水泵房的发展现状,阐述了智慧泵房的设计、运营和维护过程,研究了信息技术在智慧泵房应用中发挥的作用,以期提升二次供水的管理维护效率,保证城镇居民的用水安全。
In order to ensure that urban residents receive safe and reliable secondary water supply services,comprehensively improve and improve the construction and management of secondary water supply infrastructure,and promote the systematic operation and maintenance of secondary water supply infrastructure,the promotion and application of smart pump houses have become important practices and explorations to solve problems.A smart pump house designed and built based on Internet of Things technology,intelligent optimization algorithms,and visual information technology can shorten maintenance and management time,reduce failure rates and maintenance costs,reduce power resource consumption,and improve the quality of water supply services.The article takes the Anlian Shangjing Mansion project in Shenzhen as an example to introduce the current development status of secondary water supply pump houses in residential communities,elaborate on the design,operation and maintenance process of smart pump houses,and studies the role of information technology in the application of smart pump houses,in order to improve the management and maintenance efficiency of secondary water supply and ensure the water safety of urban residents.
