摘要
对现有的段场工艺设备与车载检修设备配置进行分析,提出了一种段场智慧检修管理系统配置方案,讨论了该系统的架构与对接口数据的处理方式。研究结果表明,通过在地铁车辆段或停车场中合理搭建智慧检修系统可以有效提升运维精准度,解决工艺设备信息孤岛现象。
By analyzing the configuration of existing depot process equipment and on-board maintenance equipment,a configuration plan for a depot intelligent maintenance management system is proposed,and the architecture of the system and the processing of interface data are discussed.The research results indicate that building a smart maintenance system in a subway depot or parking lot can effectively improve the accuracy of operation and maintenance,and solve the phenomenon of process equipment information silos.
