Emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,big data and cloud computing continue to pour into the construction industry,and the construction industry informatization has made development and progress.The paper introduces the construction industry towards informatization,analyzes the problems existing in the field of engineering cost,and puts forward some suggestions to speed up the transformation and upgrading of engineering cost.The transformation and upgrading of project cost can make itself rapidly develop in the direction of intelligence,refinement,digitization and information technology,which is of great significance to promote the rapid development of the construction industry.
