永康市打造水保乡村助推乡村振兴的探索

Exploration on Building Water and Soil Conservation Countryside to Boost Rural Revitalization in Yongkang City

浙江省是“两山”理念的发源地,也是在全国最早开展乡村振兴战略的省份之一。高质量推进乡村振兴工作是忠诚践行“八八战略”的题中之意,也是浙江省高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区的必由之路,对推进美丽中国建设具有极其重要的意义。水土保持率是美丽中国建设评估指标体系为生态良好评估指标中的一项重要内容,也是水利部门唯一一项考核指标。实现乡村振兴离不开乡村生态环境的改善,乡村生态环境的改善离不开水土保持工作的支撑。在实施乡村振兴战略大背景下,永康市通过总结分析近年来水土流失综合治理成果,实施水保乡村建设,在创新水土保持理念、助推乡村振兴等方面进行探索,提出了新时代乡村水土保持工作的新途径。

Zhejiang is the birthplace of the“Two Mountains”concept and one of the earliest provinces in China to carry out rural revitalization strategies.High quality promotion of rural revitalization work is the essence of faithfully implementing the“Eight Advantages and Eight Measures Strategy”,and it is also the inevitable path for high-quality development and construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity in Zhejiang.It is of great significance for promoting the Beautiful China initiative.The soil and water conservation rate is an important indicator in the ecological good assessment index system of the Beautiful China construction evaluation index system,and is also the only assessment indicator for the water conservancy department.The realization of rural revitalization cannot be achieved without the improvement of rural ecological environment,and the improvement of rural ecological environment cannot be achieved without the support of soil and water conservation work.Against the backdrop of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,Yongkang City has summarized and analyzed the achievements of comprehensive management of soil and water loss in recent years,implemented the construction of water and soil conservation villages,explored innovative concepts of soil and water conservation,and promoted rural revitalization,proposing new ways for rural soil and water conservation work in the new era.
