摘要
饮用水水源地生态环境直接影响着水源地的水质,与人们的生存、生活息息相关。新昌县钦寸水库水源地水土流失综合治理工程以水源保护、保障饮用水安全为首要目标,针对水库枢纽、库尾及库周等不同区域,通过全面规划、综合治理,形成多目标、多功能、高效益的综合防治体系,按“生态修复、生态治理、生态保护”治理理念,因地制宜、因害设防布设防治措施。在做好水土流失治理的基础上,把水源地保护、面源污染控制、人居环境和谐发展等有机结合起来,实现区域内水土资源的可持续利用和生态环境的可持续维护,促进当地社会经济的可持续发展,为区域水源地水土流失高质量综合治理提供可靠依据。
The ecological environment of drinking water source directly affects the quality of the water source,which is closely related to people’s survival and life.The comprehensive control project of soil erosion and water loss in the water source area of Qincun reservoir in Xinchang County takes water source protection and drinking water safety as the primary goal.For different areas such as the reservoir hub,the end of the reservoir and the circumference of the reservoir,through comprehensive planning and treatment,a multi-objective,multi-functional and cost-effective comprehensive control system is formed according to the concept of“ecological restoration,ecological treatment and ecological protection”.The concept of comprehensive control of soil erosion and water loss in water source areas,and the prevention and control measures shall be arranged according to local conditions and hazards.On the basis of soil and water conservation,water source protection,non-point source pollution control,and harmonious development of living conditions and environment are organically combined to realize the sustainable utilization of water and soil resources and the sustainable maintenance of ecological environment in the region,promote the sustainable development of local social economy,and provide a feasible basis for the comprehensive control of water and soil erosion in regional water sources.
