Upgrading Management Level of Water Sector’s Archives to Serve Digital Twin Construction of Water Conservancy

智慧水利是水利信息化的发展方向,更是推进新时代水利现代化的重要举措。水利档案在智慧水利建设中的重要性日益突出,数字化、网络化、智能化对于提升水利档案管理质量和效率具有十分重要的作用。从我国基本水情和新阶段水利高质量发展的要求出发,紧紧围绕数字孪生水利建设的目标要求,剖析水利档案管理发展方向,梳理新形势下水利档案管理的突破重点,提出档案管理创新对策。

Intellectualization is the development direction of water information system,and an important measure to promote modernization of water conservancy in the new era.With increasing importance of water sector’s archives,it is necessary to upgrade management quality and efficiency of archives characterized by digitalization,networking and intellectualization.This article focuses closely on the goal of digital twin construction of water conservancy,founded on the basic water situation in China and requirement for high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage.It analyzes the direction of archives management,discusses the key breakthroughs and proposes innovative strategies of water sector’s archives management.
