摘要
以焦炉煤气为燃料气的管式加热炉,在粗苯精制生产中存在着诸多弊端,通过不同加热介质的比选,对管式加热炉进行了改造,有效规避了原管式加热炉在安全、烟气排放以及调控精度等方面的弊端。
The tubular heating furnace using coke oven gas as fuel gas has many drawbacks in the production of crude benzene refining.This article compares and selects different heating media,and finally transforms the tubular heating furnace,effectively avoiding the drawbacks of the original tubular heating furnace in terms of safety,flue gas emissions,and control accuracy.The transformation is successful and can be promoted and applied.
