“双师”标准试行下高职青年教师培养路径研究

摘要 教师是高职院校提升办学质量的关键,是现代职业教育体系建设改革的中坚力量。提升高职青年教师的双师素养不仅是高职师资队伍建设的必由之路,也是高职院校高质量发展的必然要求。通过对职业教育“双师”标准的分解,剖析现阶段高职青年教师培养存在的困境和矛盾,从个人能力提升、外部架构搭建、内部培训支撑等多方面提出优化建议,以期构建“一体两翼”高职青年教师培养路径。 Teachers are the core of improving the quality of higher vocational colleges and the key force for the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system.Improving the young teachers'double-teacher quality is also an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of vocational colleges.Through the decomposition of the standards of vocational education double-qualified teachers,the difficulties and contradictions existing in the training of higher vocational young teachers at this stage are analyzed,and optimization suggestions are put forward from various aspects such as personal ability improvement,external structure construction,and internal training support,in order to build a“One Body with Two Wings”cultivated path for higher vocational young teachers.
