摘要
随着全球直播行业爆发式增长,跨境直播岗位缺口巨大,但现有人才培养机制尚不成熟,课程思政的欠缺导致跨境主播对跨文化交流中文化差异理解不足,民族文化认同感和国家文化安全意识薄弱。高职“跨境直播”课程思政教学通过深入挖掘课程思政内涵,结合“三阶递进”的课程教学模式,提升课程“全方位”“多维度”思政育人的功能,以培养岗位技能过硬、兼备民族意识和国际视野的高素质跨境直播人才,推动区域跨境直播电商产业的发展。
With the explosive growth of the global live streaming industry,the immature talent training mechanism fails to meet the huge demand of cross-border live streaming positions.Also,the lack of ideological and political education causes insufficient understanding of cultural differences in cross-cultural communication,weak national cultural identity and poor national cultural security awareness among cross-border streamers.To cultivate high-quality cross-border live streaming talents with excellent professional skills,national awareness and international vision,and to promote the development of regional cross-border live streaming industry,the“Cross-Border Live Streaming”course in higher vocational education deeply excavates its ideological and political connotation,combines the“three-stage progressive”teaching mode,and enhances its ideological and political function in“all-round”and“multi-dimensional”way.
