摘要
为了计算废渣脱水干化过程中所消耗的能量,以废渣脱水干化系统中的能量平衡为依据,建立了脱水干化耗能评估模型,稳健性分析表明该模型的误差只有7.2%。接着把该模型应用于某一实际案例,获得了该脱水干化项目所需要消耗的能量,为该项目的可行性论证提供了参考依据。
In order to calculate the energy consumed in the dewatering and drying process of waste slag,a model has been established for evaluating the energy balance in the dewatering and drying system.The robustness analysis showed that the error of the model was only 7.2%.Having been applied to a real case,the model obtained the energy consumption of the dehydration and drying project,which provides a reference for the feasibility demonstration of the project.
