摘要
首先,明晰了战斗管理概念,通过理论定义和发展历程分析,辨析其与指挥控制间的关系,明确其在作战活动中的重要意义;然后,研究了美国海军“宙斯盾”战斗系统、国防部导弹防御局指挥控制战斗管理和通信(C2BMC)系统、陆军综合防空反导战斗指挥系统(IBCS)和空军先进战斗管理系统(ABMS)等的发展情况和关键技术特点;最后,给出了几点建议。
Firstly,the concept of battle management(BM)is clarified.By the define and analysis of its develop process,the relationship between BM and command and control(C2)is analyzed,and its significance in combat activities is also expounded.Then,the development and key technical charac-teristics of the U.S.navy's AEGIS(airborne early warning ground integrated system)combat sys-tem,the C2BMC(command,control,battle management and communication)system of the Missile Defense Agency of the Department of Defense,the IBCS(integrated air and missile defense battle command system)of the army,and the ABMS(advanced battle management system)of the air force,etc.are studied.Finally,a few suggestions are given.
