内窥镜辅助下尺神经松解前移治疗肘管综合征

Endoscopically assisted release and anterior subcutaneous transposition of the ulnar nerve for cubital tunnel syndrome

2016年10月~2018年7月,清华大学附属北京清华长庚医院骨科采用内窥镜辅助下尺神经松解前移治疗15例肘管综合征患者,效果满意,报道如下。1材料与方法。1.1病例资料本组15例,男9例,女6例,年龄29~73岁。左侧4例,右侧10例,双侧1例。病程1~48个月。McGowan分级:Ⅱ级7例,Ⅲ级8例。
