摘要
终身学习电子档案作为服务全民终身学习和学习型社会建设的一项基础性、战略性任务,在服务人的全面发展、赋能终身学习和人力资源建设方面具有积极的作用。但目前的终身学习电子档案建设存在缺乏顶层设计、缺乏吸引力、缺乏价值场景等问题。新时代要研究应用数字化技术赋能学习者,加强终身学习电子档案建设的顶层设计,分类规划各级各类学习成果的对接与汇聚,深度挖掘数据的规律和激发学习者的潜能,建立评价与激励机制,致力让终身学习电子档案成为服务学习者全面发展的平台和工具。
As a basic and strategic task of building a learning society and the lifelong learning,lifelong learning electronic file plays an important role and it has a positive role in serving the overall development of individuals,empowering lifelong learning and human resource development.However,there are some problems in terms of top-level design,attractiveness,value scenarios.In the new era,it is necessary to study and apply digital technologies to empower learners,strengthen top-level design of lifelong learning electronic record construction,classify and plan the docking and convergence of learning achievements at all levels,explore the laws of data and stimulate learners'potential,establish evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and strive to make lifelong learning electronic files as a platform and a tool for the overall development of learners.
