1+X证书制度下高职院校人才培养质量提升路径研究——以数字媒体技术专业为例

An Exploration of Talent Cultivation Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges under 1+X Certificate System:A Case Study of Digital Media Technology Major

人才培养质量是学校教育教学的核心。1+X证书制度是落实立德树人根本任务、完善职业教育和培训体系、深化产教融合校企合作的一项重要制度设计。为了充分发挥1+X证书制度的作用,提升人才培养质量,研究以高职院校数字媒体技术专业为例,开展了两轮1+X证书制度试点工作,针对该专业人才培养现状以及存在的问题,分别从重构专业教学课程体系等七个方面,提出了1+X证书制度下高职院校人才培养质量的提升路径,以培养满足社会需求的高素质、高技能型人才。
