摘要
分别调整纺粘工艺参数对非织造布的纤维取向度进行探究,发现网帘速度、牵伸风速和吸风风速等对纤维取向度均有影响,当现有纺粘设备的最佳工艺参数为网帘速度7.6 m/min、牵伸风速16 m/s、吸风风速7.7 m/s时,纺粘非织造布的纤维取向度f达到了0.4.采用微胶囊浸渍工艺对高取向纺粘非织造布进行抗菌整理,抗菌微胶囊壁材选壳聚糖,芯材选天然抗菌精油.优化微胶囊的制备工艺,最佳配比为芯壁比1:1、乳化剂吐温-80 1 000μL、三聚磷酸钠0.8 mg/mL,微胶囊包封率达到63.23%,载药率达到30.44%.用浸渍法将抗菌微胶囊整理到直径为25 mm的非织造布上,观察其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果,测得培养皿中抑菌圈直径分别为26.5 mm和27.0 mm,表明非织造布具有良好的抗菌性能.
The fiber orientation of nonwovens was investigated by adjusting spun-bond process parameters,and it was found that mesh screen speed,drafting wind speed and suction wind speed all had effects on fiber orientation.When the existing process parameters of the spun-bond equipment were best,that is,when mesh screen speed was at 7.6 m/min,draft wind speed at 16 m/s and suction wind speed at 7.7 m/s,the fiber orientation f of spun-bonded nonwovens reached 0.4.Antibacterial finishing of high orientation spun-bond nonwovens was carried out by using the microcapsule impregnation process.The antibacterial microcapsule wall material was chitosan,and the core material was natural antibacterial essential oil.The preparation process of microcapsules was optimized,and the optimum ratio was:core wall ratio at 1:1,emulsifier content at 1000μL,and sodium tripolyphosphate concentration at 0.8 mg/ml.The encapsulation rate of microcapsules reached 63.23%and the drug loading rate reached 30.44%.Antibacterial microcapsules were prepared on nonwovens by the dipping method,and the inhibition effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was observed.The diameter of antibacterial zone in culture dishes was 26.5 mm and 27.0 mm,respectively,which proved that nonwovens had good antibacterial properties.
